Where is the trade show & conference located?

Vancouver Convention Centre West

The registration area is located outside the trade show in Exhibit Hall C. All seminars are located on Level 1 of the Convention Centre.

What is the cost to attend the trade show and/or seminars and what is included?

All badges can be printed at home or picked up at the show. Please bring your bar-coded confirmation email to the show to pick up your badge.

Purchase the All-Access Pass to get access to the best the conference has to offer, including some exclusive opportunities. Only a limited number of All-Access Passes are available, so be sure to register early!

Do the seminar prices include tax?

No, tax is separate and is not included in the cost of seminars.

Why are there two different prices for all the seminars?

This is to encourage delegates to register early. It will save you money!

Is there a student rate?

No. If students register before the Early Bird Registration deadline, they will receive FREE entry into the trade show AND discounted rates for the seminars.

Can I register by phone?

No. You must register by fax, mail or online.

Can I attend more than one seminar?

Yes. We have set the program in an à la carte style so that you may take as many sessions as you like.

Will there be food service at Cargo Logistics Canada?

There will be food and beverage service available at several areas on the exposition floor.

How do I pay by cheque?

Simply mail your payment along with a copy of your registration form to the address on the registration form.

How do I pay by credit card?

Register online or fax in a copy of your registration with your credit card information, including name, number and expiry date.

Is there parking at the Convention Centre?

Parking is available at the Vancouver Convention Centre. For full information on parking options, please visit the Convention Centre website.

When can I expect my delegate badge?

All badges can be printed at home or picked up at the show. Please bring your bar-coded confirmation email to the show to pick up your badge.

If I don’t pre-register, will there be a charge to attend?

Yes. While pre-registration for the trade show is FREE (before the Early Bird Deadline), there is an on-site charge of $30 to walk the trade show floor (unless you have a complimentary pass or have registered for seminars, in which case trade show access is included.

Can I register for seminars at the door / on-site?

Yes, however you will have to pay the on-site seminar fee and a seat for seminars cannot be guaranteed.

Can I bring my child?

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the trade show floor for insurance purposes.

Can my badge be shared?

No, each registration is a personalized registration. Your badge is personalized and bar-coded with your contact information. Badges are non-transferrable and cannot be worn by any individual other than the titled individual.
