Exhibitors, and any exhibitor appointed contractors, must possess comprehensive liability insurance which provides a minimum limit of liability of five million dollars ($5,000,000) for bodily injury and/or property damage in any one occurrence and must include a cross-liability clause. 

Exhibitors can purchase temporary coverage for the duration of the show (February 4-6) from ExhibitorInsurance.com, this will take about 5 minutes and cost $179 (Canadian Dollars). Alternatively, insurance can be arranged through the exhibitor’s own insurance broker, however please ensure that ALL specifics outlined below are included. 

The insurance must be issued by an insurance company licensed to transact business in North America and cannot be cancelled or materially altered prior to the termination of the Occupancy Period (February 4-6, 2020 inclusive)
